Saved Views allow you to filter applicants in a specific stage or group of stages, and continue to refer back to those filters whenever needed.
To create a saved view, click on Total Participants, located just beneath the job title on your home screen.
Within the Participants tab, click on the blue filter button to the left just above your applicants.
Then, select the Pipeline Stage(s) that you would like to include. You can select any number of stages. If you would like to select only for a specific location you are advertising for, you can select the corresponding job post. There are other criteria you can select as well to further narrow your filter.
After you’ve made your selection, click the blue Next Step button
Next, click ‘Save as a new view,’ give your search a name, and then choose whether to make it private only for yourself or public for all who have access to this req. Lastly, click the green ‘Finished’ button.
Once you have clicked Finished, you will see just those applicants within the view that you just created.
Click the ‘Exit Saved View’ button, located just above to the right, to return to all your applicants.
To access your saved views in the future, just click the drop down next to Saved Views, located in the upper right of the Participants screen, and select the desired view.
To edit your views or delete them, click the 3 dots that appear above when you click a Saved View. There you will see the option to edit, and when you click that you will also see the option to delete.
