Pipeline Stages allow us to identify where the applicants are at in the process, but they also do much more. They allow us to customize the automations to your process.
The stages, when automated, allow us to communicate with the applicants through texts, emails, and voicemails. They allow us to assess the applicants, categorize them based on qualifications they meet and actions they complete, and to move them through your process accordingly.
To see the stages currently available within your Recruiting Pipeline, click on the Recruiting Pipelines tab, located next to the Recruiting Experiences tab where your job is located.
Then click on the gear wheel to the right of the pipeline to view the stages currently available.
Then just click on the Pipeline Stages tab on the left. There you will see all the stages displayed. Additional stages may be added to further tailor the experience to your internal process.
Standard stage types within the Recruiting Pipeline include Applied, Engaged, Passive Outreach, Screened, Phone Screen, Client Profile Review, Assessment, Interview, Offer, Hired, Nurture, Opt out, and Disengaged. These will be discussed further in a separate article.
To see the stages currently available within a Custom Experience’s associated pipeline, click on the Custom Experience Tab.
Then click on the Custom Pipelines tab, located next to it.
Within that tab, you will be able to see all the stages within the pipeline displayed. As each custom experience may be different, the stages will depend upon the purpose of that experience.
