Adding Locations for Job Posts to Hoops

Once logged in, you can view and create locations within your account by selecting Locations within the drop down next to your initials in the lower left corner.

It is here that the locations are created for the job post advertisements.

You can see the geographical information, as well as the date the location was created.

To edit an existing location, click on the gear wheel to the right of of the location in question.

Once within the location, you are able to edit the pertinent information, after which you will need to click the green Save button at the bottom of the form to save your changes. Please always let your Hoops Account Manager know of any changes as well.

To add a new location, click the green Create Location button at the top of the screen.

From there, just enter the location information into the form and click the green Add new location button located at the bottom of the screen.

Your new location will then be displayed at the top of your locations list. Please always let your Hoops Account Manager know if you have added a new location, so that they can include that location in your job’s advertising/sourcing activities.

If your account has employed multiple locations and you would like to search for a specific one, you can use the Filter feature, located above the list of locations.

Just click on Filter Locations, and the box will expand to select your options.
