What are Participants and Where do I find them?
Participants are the audience you are targeting and taking through your experience.
For recruiting experience, participants are your applicants. This will be the focus of this explanation.
To view your applicants in the Hoops TXM, find the relevant job experience on your dashboard under the Recruiting Experiences tab when you immediately log in. Then click on Total Participants found in the middle of the job tile.
From there you will be taken directly to the Participants tab, where you will be able to view all of your applicants.
To view an application, simply click the name of the applicant.
To filter for a specific group of applicants, you have several options:
At the top of the screen, you can quickly sort by Direct Applicants, Passively Sourced contacts, Favorites that you have pinned, as well as by clicking on Saved Views that have been previously created.
You can also click the blue filter button to explore additional filtering options.
