Your Pipeline refers to both the pool of people moving through your process, as well as the stages taking them through that process.
We have two general types of pipelines: Recruiting Pipelines and Custom Pipelines.
Recruiting Pipelines refer to the talent applying to your open position, as well as the stages within your recruitment process. It is with using these stages, that our experience automations can take your applicants through the pipeline/process from the moment they apply through to the point of hire, facilitating with communicating, assessing, and updating.
You can view a quick summary as well as access the applicants within your Recruiting Pipeline by clicking on Total Participants, located on your dashboard within the respective job experience.
To see the stages currently available within your Recruiting Pipeline, click on the Recruiting Pipelines tab, located next to the Recruiting Experiences tab where your job is located.
Within that tab, you will be able to see all the stages within the pipeline displayed. Additional custom stages can be added to tailor the pipeline to your process.
Custom Pipelines can be used for employees, candidates who have previously gone through your recruitment process, sales leads/potential customers, or other groups of people, depending on the Custom Experience/Process you would like to bring them through.
Depending on the process, custom/relevant stages are used by the experience automations to take your participants through the pipeline/process from beginning to end, where a designated point of contact will receive their relevant information.
You can view a quick summary as well as access the participants within your Custom Pipeline by first clicking Custom under the Experience type on your dashboard.
Then, click on Total Participants, located on your dashboard within the respective custom experience.
To see the stages currently available within that experience’s associated pipeline, click on the Custom Pipelines tab, located next to the Custom Experiences tab where your job is located.
Within that tab, you will be able to see all the stages within the pipeline displayed. Additional custom stages can be added to tailor the pipeline to your process.
