In order to use the Hoops ApplyMail feature with Indeed you’ll need to make sure your Indeed account is set up correctly. Please follow the instructions to ensure that Indeed knows you would like resumes from each of your applications sent in your notifications.
Step 1 - Login to your indeed account
Step 2 - Access your Employer Settings.
Click on your name in top right corner of your Indeed account and click the “Employer Settings” Link”
Step 3 - Click on Communications
Step 4: Click on Manage Candidates Email
Step 5: Update your settings
Please select the “All candidate applications” radio button, and be sure to check the “Include candidate’s resumes as an attachment”. Click Save!
Step 6: Creating Your New Job Posts on Indeed
When creating a new job post in your Indeed account be sure to add the ApplyMail email address provided for the corresponding job post in your Hoops TXM account as a notification email address.
Step 7: Watch the Candidates fly into your Hoops account!
Once you’ve made the appropriate updates to your settings in Indeed, and you’ve added the ApplyMail address to receive notifications on your job post, each and every applicant that applies for your job on Indeed will be sent into your Hoops account and added to the correct Job.
