Reports available over all aspects of recruiting for your job

Within each Job Experience, there is an Insights tab that will provide detailed reporting over all aspects of that job’s recruiting activity.

To access the Insights tab for your job, simply click on the job title on your home page.

You will immediately be taken to the Insights tab.

You will first see an Overview of reporting for various aspects of your account including applicants in your pipeline, sourcing, automations deployed, advertising, productivity, and time averages.

To see specific types of reporting for this job, click on the Reports tab. This will display a list of reporting options. Then choose the desired date range to the right.

The Pipeline Funnel report give you a view of the overall number of applicants that were sourced either passively or through active advertising, of those how many were interested in the position, and how many were qualified.

The Pipeline Movement report shows activity through all pipeline stages for this position. It shows you the number of applicants that passed through the various stages of the pipeline/process and how long they spent on average in each stage.

The Screening report breaks down how many candidates have been visually screened as well as phone screened if applicable for this position.

The Disqualifications report provides the number of applicants disqualified for the role and breaks down the reasons for the disqualification.

The Engagement report provides data on the text, email, and voicemail automations deployed to the applicants via the automations for this job.

The Automation report provides data on all automations deployed via the experience to the applicants, including application task assignments, candidate notifications to the client, multi-channel engagement with the applicants, and status updates taking them through the recruiting process.

And lastly, the Hiring report, provides the information on how many and which applicants were hired for the role.
