How to Add Funds to Your Wallet

It’s quick and easy to add funds to your wallet that can then be allocated by your Client Success Manager to your recruiting campaigns (services).

  • To do so, just go to the tab with your initials and select Billing.

  • You will first be taken to the Payment Methods tab. There you can confirm or update your Billing Name, Email, Debit or Credit card information.

*Note, you will need to select which card you want as the primary (default) card to be charged for your account if you have multiple cards listed.

  • To Add funds to your wallet, click into the Wallet tab, located below the Payment Methods tab.

  • Then, just enter the amount you would like to add and select the payment method you wish to use.

  • Next, click to confirm, and when all is ready, click the green Add Funds to Wallet button located at the bottom of the screen.

You will see the additional funds you added reflected in your Wallet Balance.

*Once you are done, be sure to let your Hoops Client Services Manager know, so that they can add it to the appropriate campaign(s) to fund the services on your account.
