Your Wallet contains the funds that will be put towards the following services (Campaigns):
Active Advertising (aka PPC-Pay per Click)
Passive Sourcing (when recruiting services are purchased)
Phone Screening (when recruiting services are purchased)
The funds can be added to your wallet on a one-time basis, or a recurring basis.
Once added to the wallet, the funds are then loaded into the various services or campaigns. As with the wallet, these funds can be loaded on a one-time or recurring basis.
To see the current balance in your wallet, as well as the various transactions we have made in it, you can go to the Insights tab, located in the vertical toolbar on the left side of your screen.
Once there, just scroll down to Wallet Reports.
You will be able to immediately see the current balance that remains in your wallet (money not yet allocated to campaigns).
Select the date range in the upper right to be able to see total deposits and total debits, as well as the individual transactions, for that time period.
Within the transactions window, you will be able to see when the individual transactions were made, who made the transaction, the type and what campaign the transaction was related to, as well as the amount.
You can select a specific transaction type under Filter Transactions, if you prefer.
To view the performance of the specific campaigns that have been funded, you can select the desired campaign type under Campaign reports with the Insights tab, located below the Wallet Transactions report.
As with the Wallet Transaction Report, you can select the date range you would like to see information for.
You will be able to see spend and conversions first shown in a graph format as well as in list format below the graph.
