A very helpful feature in Hoops is the ability to ask applicants to answer certain questions in a video format. A great example of this is to ask them to share what specifically attracted them to the position.

The video request can be combined with other application questions, or sent as an independent task, where upon its completion, the candidate can be automatically moved forward to a specified stage in the recruiting process.
